STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR CLEANING AND REASSEMBLY:

  1. Disassemble load geni as shown in lower picture.

  2. Thoroughly clean with WD40, brake cleaner or carburetor cleaner.

  3. Make sure there are is no foreign material, dirt, filings, in any of the parts.

  4. Reassemble parts as shown in top load geni, leaving .173” of threads on the larger  portion of the adjustment barrel (approx. 3 threads) and .242” (approx. 5 threads) on the smaller threaded end of the adjustment barrel.

  5. These adjustments are to get the final adjustment within range.  After the load geni is installed, the smaller threaded end should be either adjusted in or out to obtain the desired pressure range of 110 psi shut down and 90 psi turn on.

  6. Loosen the smaller lock nut and screw in the smaller threaded portion of the barrel to increase the shut down pressure, screw out to decrease the shut down pressure.

  7. Adjustments should be made in 1/4 turn increments and the pressure rechecked.
